1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Artistry Sketch Studio. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the services.

2. Scope of Services

Artistry Sketch Studio offers a variety of drawing services including Custom Portraits, Architectural Drawings, Illustrative Storyboards, Concept Art, Technical Sketches, Charcoal Drawings, and Digital Illustrations. Our services are provided both online and in person at our studio.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for restricting access to their computer.

4. Payment Terms and Conditions

All payments for services must be made in full prior to the commencement of the work. We accept various payment methods including credit cards and electronic transfers. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may incur a fee. Refunds for completed work are not provided unless the work is defective or not as described.

6. Liability Limitations

Artistry Sketch Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, drawings, and other materials created by Artistry Sketch Studio are the intellectual property of Artistry Sketch Studio. Clients are granted a limited license to use the final product for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect, use, and disclose personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws. By using our services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

9. Force Majeure

Artistry Sketch Studio shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities
